Cadillac Fairview Corporate Squash Challenge for Junior Achievement of Central Ontario - April 25th & 26th, 2012
On Wednesday, April 25th and Thursday, April 26th, 2012,Junior Achievement of Central Ontario (JACO) and the Toronto Athletic Club will be hosting the 18th Annual Cadillac Fairview Corporate Squash Challenge. The event includes sixteen; three-person singles teams and six doubles teams in a friendly, but competitive tournament. The evening matches will commence at approximately 4:00pm which allows us to get you home at a reasonable hour.
Thanks to the generous support of our past sponsors and participants (see below for 2011 participants), this tournament has raised over $480,000 for JA programs such as Economics for Success and the Company Program. Approximately 90% of the funds we raise go directly to funding in-school and after-school programs. In fact, the net funds raised through our squash tournament has specifically funded program delivery to over 960 classrooms or 28,000 children across Central Ontario.
- We need your generous tax deductible support in one or more of three ways:
- Corporate Sponsor - $1,000
- Team Sponsor - The entry fee is $850 for a three member singles team and $600 per doubles team
- Prize Sponsor - Provide a prize for an on-site raffle
This is an excellent opportunity to get together with colleagues, team with a client, or take down a competitor.
- The entry fee includes:
- -the ever popular, limited edition, everyone wants one, dry-fit JA tournament shirt
- -dinner and drinks on both evenings
- -spectacular raffle prizes and most importantly
- -the opportunity to win and be recognized on the prestigious tournament trophy – on permanent display at the Toronto Athletic Club
The 2011 singles winner was McMillan LLP (Captain: Paul Avis) along with repeat doubles winner Ernst &Young LLP (Captain: Bob Ferguson). They have been bragging all year long….it is time to stop them!
