Company Program - A Student Venture inspires high school students to understand the role of business in our society by creating an enterprise of their own. By collaborating with professional volunteer consultants to design, organize and operate a real business, student’s experience how a small enterprise functions. These new entrepreneurs work within the structure of our Canadian economic system and realize the benefits it provides.

• Foster positive relationships between youth and business communities
The Company Program runs for 18 weeks beginning in October each year and wrapping up the following April. The program breaks for the winter holidays, student exam period, and March Break. The 2011/12 Company Program begins the week of October 31st, 2011.
Student recruitment takes place in September and October each year at high schools throughout Central Ontario. Volunteer recruitment takes place July through October.
